Finally found what I need. I took it to record video on BM ursa mini 4.6k, the result pleased - at 4k 60 fps, Rav shoots without loss until the place runs out! In the recording mode on two disks, of course (there the data transfer rate is 800-900 mb / s here and cfast will not cope). If you write to one disc - ProRes 444 XQ no problems at all. I did not measure the write speed programmatically, but this is not necessary. After three different SSDs, and even for the same cost, only Samsung coped with the task.
