Universal option for holding different doors
I've bought about 50 of these in the last 5 years. They are very handy and won't damage the bottom of the doors like a wooden wedge as they fit over the door hinge (or the top of the door frame) to hold them open. It is also versatile and can be used as a wedge under a door. The building I manage is full of heavy fire doors. Our housekeepers use them to brace doors. They wear out with heavy use (most of them last about a year with daily use). However, we keep buying more as we haven't found a better product.
