Review on 🍪 Set of 2 Chicago Metallic Commercial II Traditional Uncoated Jelly-Roll Pans, 16-3/4 by 12-Inch by Jim Diaz

These pans are fine and used as baking sheets, but they're THIN! I have a small Chicago Metallic pan that I inherited from my grandmother that is half the size but weighs about 3/4 less. Microdents are already visible on these new sheets. My only disappointment is that I wanted Chicago Metallic because I assumed the name would always stand for quality. The name is no longer in use but stamped on a cheap imitation that works but doesn't last as many generations as it used to. For online auctions!
