Review on Clearwater Compliance by Nick Ross

It is easy to create reports using clearwater compliance. Reports are easily customizable and can be sent via email as well! Some additional features would enable more options for customization. Reporting should have been included sooner! Not too much I dislike about it; however, some minor improvements and additions would have made this product even better! Clearwater compliance has enabled our hospital to comply with HIPPA regulations and reduce the amount of time to do reporting when changes occur in our system! I like that it's easy for any user to use this software. It has many features to help with my job. The program does what it sets out too do very well. There are not really anything bad about using this product. This was recommended by our IT department so we decided to give it a try. We did have some issues at first but they were quickly resolved once we got used to how things work in this software.
