It works great and was easy to install. The seller provided a printed detailed installation guide. It also came with the necessary washers, nuts and clock hands; However, I was able to use my existing watch hands. The most important thing to know when purchasing the 'right' size (to replace a watch movement) is to measure the threaded portion of the shank and know the thickness of your dial. It's better to buy a longer stem and add rubber washers between the movement and the back of the dial than to buy one that's too short (as it won't fit). The delivery was quick and the movement seems accurate. FYI, the mechanism is made in China. It was also the best price compared to other providers.
