Review on SnugPak Aquacover Backpack/Rucksack: Waterproof Protection for Outdoor Adventures by Tanner Miller

Ordered 35 for my 5.11 24 hour rush backpack which (after some googling about 33 liters - 5.11 says nothing). Velcro was missing. Strap - someone else said it here - maybe I got your return :) ? There was only Velcro at the bottom. [Update: The other one I ordered only had a velcro strap so I guess that's all there is to it. If it's designed for a specific series of packs/frames I don't know how it works] The spring loaded cord is a bit too big to say the least but it's actually too long but it might be good if you're a bear have to strangle. Overall it seems to be of good quality in terms of materials and construction and I'll order 25 provided it's as big/spacious as this one. The size 35 was too big for this particular backpack and water pooled around my neck when using it. I'd rather have 25 on it, hopefully it's not too small. [Update: 25 almost fits but slips off when bag is full. Fair enough, 25 is too low, 35 is too much, they don't make 30, keep going, brought both back, although they certainly seem very good for what they were designed for. [update] Adjusting my review as the product doesn't have a strap per se, but it seems to work with their own brand backpacks that have straps (I think). It's also not their fault that they don't fit in a third-party backpack. Non-perpendicularity is another problem as too much material is left even when fully attached. They would save money by using less material and just making them rectangular. Like they made it round just to match their snail shell logo.
