Great tool if used efficiently: UChat

I like that it's easy to use and manage for both my team & me personally! So far no problems at all with this software.
It has helped us be more efficient in our daily tasks by using chats instead of emails or phone calls. The chat platform allows you to have an effective communication between your teams members even when they are not physically together.
This is very useful especially during events such as conferences where we need quick responses from each other but don't always know their exact location.

Very fast response times once issues identified within minutes if needed via email follow up (if necessary)
