I've had this oven insert less than a month and it has 2 burn holes. A few weeks ago I spilled something in my oven and after it cooled I took out the liner and cleaned the burnt food. The next time the oven was used the kitchen filled with smoke and after the oven had cooled I pulled out the liner to see what was causing the smoke. The liner turned out to have two spots that turned white and when I touched it a hole appeared. I had a different brand of stove insert in another house for years and when I moved in it was still in perfect condition. this is a joke
