Review on 🏡 Upgrade Your Space with the Hunter Cassius Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan, 44" Pull Chain, Matte Black by Catherine Dierdorff

The box was sealed when we received it and everything looked fine when we first opened the box so I thought nothing of it when I received it. However, during installation, several packages of equipment were opened, the blades unwound, and the wires severed. Thinking someone had changed their mind, I double-checked the hardware to make sure it was fine and that the wires that I cut off were long enough. But just check everything before you waste time installing it. I checked the motor and it hums and shakes terribly. I would have returned it but it was bought a few months ago to ensure we have it when the room it was going to be installed in is ready. Hopefully Hunter will honor their lifetime engine warranty. I'm guessing Amazon just sent me a defective return unit (I have a similar Hunter Colby fan, it works great) but we'll see what Hunter says.
