Review on Victor SR250D SR250C Oxygen Regulator Maintenance Kit with Diaphragm for Rebuild and Repair by James Pfettscher
Appears to be an updated version of the diaphragm
My regulator has a short bolt and nut through the diaphragm and metal plate. This is a really old way of connecting diaphragms in many devices other than the oxygen regulators I've worked on in the past. Some reviewers were concerned that this new one wouldn't fit because the diaphragm was assembled differently, but it works great in the old sr250c that I have. Problem solved.
