good - fairly comfortable seat, good suspension, make for a more stable ride in a seated position. Poor - not easy installation - took 3 tries as the cheap plastic holders that go under the platform won't fold the scooter up unless you have an extra battery, quite short (I'm 5ft 10in) tall and feels like me squatting instead of sitting). Good idea, but poorly thought out. Instead of cheap plastic screw holders, they should have had screw holes in the bottom of the platform. Lining the holders with screws and holding them in place was VERY DIFFICULT - 3 tries! Once you attach the seat, you won't want to take it off again because of the cheap plastic screw retainers that probably won't work if you take them off because they came off. Also make sure you only want to use them with the seat forever and can't fold the scooter if you have extra battery before purchase and install. Would give 5 stars if the above issues didn't occur. Read more 9/15/20 - a screw at the base of the seat that holds it upright. the position weakened twice on its own. problems can arise while driving. at least you get warnings from the loud, annoying beep it makes when it's idle.
