I've spent hours and hours spitting a bubble out of the second generation Nissan Xterra. last year or so. Eventually I got fed up and bought this vacuum bleeder after looking at it for a few months. Now I'm upset that I didn't buy it sooner. This makes filling the system very easy and completely eliminates air bubbles as far as I can tell a week later (it used to be very obvious in cold weather - no heat was getting into the cabin unless the gas was on and the thermostat was on was turned off). Well). You need an air compressor. I have a 30 gallon 1.5hp (not powerful enough for its size) and it only fired once during the process so a smaller supercharger should be fine if you take a little extra time to let the supercharger catch up . I also highly recommend getting a large syringe or small pump and some sort of coolant drain hose if like me you've overfilled it. Highly recommended. I definitely plan on keeping this and using it every time I work on a cooling system.
