An essential part of my knife sharpening tool kit
Can't help it. I find turning knives with water stones to be a relaxing Zen experience. My knives are of the highest quality. So I decided my whetstones should be the same. Arashiyama is an integral part of the Zen state, the process of attaining the state of an ultra-sharp knife. I also have an 800 grit chosera stone and dresser block to complete my sharpening tool set. I am very happy with this spray stone, the quality is amazing.
