I love how easy it makes my life to manage medical billing. It has drastically cut down time and effort needed to do so. There are many options you can use to filter what you see in your dashboard. The interface could be more user friendly. I wish there was an option to not have to constantly keep logging into a new session. I also wish there was an option to have a different view of all accounts with same patient. That way you don't have to go back and forth from one account to another. The biggest benefit is that I have less mistakes and more accurate billing.
