Disadvantage: -> The 10mm oil cooler bolt on the driver's side does not have enough clearance for a full installation. A longer screw will greatly alleviate the problem when the screw cannot be tightened enough. I had to get creative with the washers to properly install the bolt and hold the oil cooler to the bottom of the radiator. -> Every threaded hole that takes 10mm could be drilled with great attention to detail. Many of the bolts had to be installed multiple times before they could be tightened to their heads. Pros: -> OEM replacement for my 2001-06 BMW E46 M3.
