The ability for users to interact with our push letter service is very simple (and free!) - no need to download any software or have an account set up anywhere! We've been using this tool as part of our marketing efforts since 2016 but it has evolved into more than just sending out newsletters in that time. I think there's probably some other tools we could be looking at now if we were starting from scratch again but having used this product previously saves us a lot of work by allowing existing email lists to use their services too. Our target market are mainly parents who would appreciate receiving regular updates about local events/activities through emails so they can make informed decisions when choosing where to take children etc.
