I've bought several of these - so far they've all been crystal clear, and one is transparent blue (which I *love*) - that transparent dark smoky gray but also dark enough to make it heavy to make see the inside. It's not really a big issue, but it's my *only* complaint worth mentioning. The case is easy to assemble, the power supply works well on a Raspberry Pi 4 8GB model overclocked to 2000MHz with "overvoltage=6". The fan is quiet and more than adequate for a 3.3V configuration. When the fan is set to 5V, it is *very* noisy. In various tests, I've found that even with overclocking, the included heatsinks and fan set to 3.3V provide more than enough cooling and the quietness is excellent. If you're looking for a cheap Raspberry Pi 4 1gb/2gb/4gb/8gb active cooling case, you've come to the right place.
