Review on CH Hanson 03060 Pivot Square by Mark Adlesh

This tool works as advertised but if you are looking for Craftsman or Kobalt quality levels this is not it. Multi-angle accuracy is good, but the fit and finish is terrible (hence the 2 stars). The first thing I had to do when taking it out of the box was to break off all the sharp edges and corners so as not to cut myself. The rotating part of the bracket is a little wobbly and doesn't move smoothly. The pan lock locks the angle you want well, but sometimes it's not so easy to unlock, and you need a little practice on how to adjust the pan angle to get the angle you want. However, the angular accuracy is the same over the entire tool range. The tool was inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. Like I said it's accurate, works as advertised and will do what I need it to do (do it yourself work) so I don't regret buying it. Time will tell about the durability.
