For starters, the instructions refer to knob settings on the paste roller that aren't there or don't make sense. For angel hair, use 7 or 8, but the numbers only go up to 6. The instructions don't mention 0 at all, although it does. Further along in the instructions it seems to indicate that as the number increases the rollers should move closer to make the dough thinner. But that doesn't seem to be the case. I can't sew thin enough and then after the 3rd or 4th the beads start coming loose again. There are no instructions on how to clean the reference elements (cover) and it's not on the diagram (just in case you just don't see it). The cleaning instructions don't work (they tell you to let each batter dry and then brush it away). After trying to get dried dough out of my teeth for more than 20 minutes, I lost patience. It means completely dismantling the pasta roller and the knives. The!? As?! No help here either. This device was the cause of two very unsuccessful attempts to use it. Dried dough does not come out from under the teeth and interferes with the passage of the paste, making it completely useless. I'm done.
