Great User Friendly Software for the Accounting Professional
The ease of use. I can get my accounting done in minutes instead of hours or days with other programs. There are many different ways to do things which makes it confusing at first but once you figure out how to navigate through all the options everything becomes clear. Sometimes there isn't enough space to fit what I need so I have to make multiple pages just to keep track of one transaction. This happens more often than not when I am trying to add something like receipts. If you want easy access to your financial information this program does exactly as advertised. You don't have to be an accountant to understand it. We were able to set up our own categories and subcategories without having any prior knowledge about finances.
Pros
- Everything is laid out very clearly, even if they didn't go into great detail initially (which was true sometimes) we figured most stuff out ourselves after some simple research online! My husband loves that he doesn’t feel overwhelmed by numbers anymore since using expense plus because each category has its own tab where expenses show under their appropriate headings rather then being jumbled together making them harder to
