Cheesemaking wonder!
We make cheese on a small scale and these bags made a big difference in the skyr (Icelandic yogurt) we made to try it out. The bag was easy to use and clean, but the most interesting thing was that we had more good quality skyr from the same amount of effort. Less went down the drain. My skeptical spouse was impressed. I am anxious to try using them for coffee,too.
