Bought this gas station. Original HP. After installation, I noticed small lines and details on the right reel. And HP tech support said my 15 month color laser printer is out of warranty and although the problem is with the roller it is very bad. So, HP, take action. Improve quality control or guarantee laser refill cartridges. I don't have to jump through hoops to get a new cartridge. HP, you need to improve your consumer product. Someone else will be my next printer
