The customer service is very friendly as well so you can always trust them when they say something will be done by certain date without fail. I am not sure if there's anything else i would like about this platform but all my previous experience has been great!! If your looking into having someone manage multiple accounts at once then surely consider using SocialSpade because we have had nothing negative experiences since starting out here almost 2 years ago now :).
