Based on our own experience, we found this accessory to be flimsy and difficult to use. While it claims to offer adjustable thickness, the reality is that it only creates uneven cuts and makes for a messy sandwich. The only pro we can think of is that it folds for easy storage, but that hardly outweighs the cons. Save your money and stick to good old-fashioned knife skills.
