Wrong items best for individual power heads

Williams has a sorting problem. Sockets 9/16 double. Nut size Instead of Sae 3/8 I got a fancy Snap On 10mm :-), nice but useless when you have to work with inch screw heads. I ordered the missing sizes for an extra charge because I didn't want to send the socket wrench set back. All outlets are made in the USA.
