Very good way of getting connected live

I am able for our customers that are out or near field sites with limited staffing (less than 40 people), so it's easy access when you need someone quickly! There’s nothing about which we were not satisfied at this time but only some minor things like lack if customer support service maybe sometimes too slow etc., But on their FAQ section they said all these will be fixed soon as per roadmap there!! Do try them once. They make your life easier by connecting employees who can assist from remote locations/countries while staying home because its pandemic situation around us right now!! It helps me connect directly through chat option instead sending eamails over mail id & video calls also very helpful during working hours without going outside! The ability to use our existing staff to help with project management and the ability to get on the field and get work done. We have been able to use our existing staff that are not in the office to help with project management. We also have the ability to get on the field and get work done. We have not run into any issues with this product. We are able to use our existing staff to help with project management.
