Review on Caliart by Andrew Sticher

I was eager to test out Caliart's "top-notch products," benefit from their "unbeatable prices," and experience their "exceptional customer service" as a new customer. My experience, however, has only been frustrating. First off, they don't actually offer as many goods as they claim, and many of the ones I wanted to buy were out of stock. When I inquired about their restocking schedule with their customer service department, I received a dismissive answer and was advised to simply keep checking back. Furthermore, despite what they say, the prices are not unbeatable. After making a purchase at Caliart, I was disappointed to discover the same products at other web retailers for significantly less money. The customer care, however, was the biggest letdown. The people I spoke with were far from "exceptional," unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns. Even just to talk with someone, I had to wait for a long time on hold. Overall, I am unable to suggest Caliart to painters of all skill levels. It was a disappointing experience due to their deceptive advertising and poor customer care.
