The bag itself is well made, as good or better than similar bags I have that cost 3 times as much. but it has one major design flaw, the stiffening bar is installed in the same plane as the saddle, causing you to hit your legs when you push the pedal down. I've encountered this with other bags and on a long journey it's very annoying and even causes a rash. This is easily solved by rotating the stiffness plate 90 degrees so you can load it so your feet don't chafe. But the plate in this bag is sewn in and the joint is upside down. In short if you have big bike hips your feet will touch this bag, it is too wide at the bike attachment point making it a well built and poorly designed bag.
