I have a lot of experience shopping online, so I was excited to check out the Woxla online store. However, my experience there left a lot to be desired, and I would not recommend it. Despite the fact that they state they have a team of experts available at all times to respond to inquiries and offer support, I did not find their customer support to be very helpful. To begin, it took significantly longer than I had anticipated to receive a response to the original inquiry I had made regarding a particular product. When I did eventually get a response, the answer I was given was not helpful, and it did not address the question that I had asked. I had to follow up on this a few times before I finally got a statement that was satisfactory. In addition, when I had a problem with a product that I had purchased, it took several days and a number of different attempts before I was able to get it resolved. It was very frustrating to deal with their customer service because they were unresponsive and offered no assistance. My experience with the Woxla internet store was unsatisfactory, all things considered. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they have a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. If you are the type of person who places a high value on prompt and efficient customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your online purchasing requirements.
