The Firecore is a 360° multi-laser leveling device. It can cast 3 separate laser lines at once, with each beam projecting 360° around an area. It is incredibly well-made and feels extremely high-quality. Despite its sensitive electronics and moving parts, it looks like it can take a beating.It has a ton of features, so here’s a list:- Each beam self-levels itself within 4° - great for uneven surfaces.- There is a manual mode to lock in your angle.- An anti-shake mode is included to help eliminate incorrect measurements.- You can use one, two, or all three beams at once.- It has a margin of error of only 1/8” at 30ft.- Each beam is bright enough to see up to 82ft away with the right lighting conditions.- It uses a rechargeable lithium battery that can power all 3 beams for 10 hours.- It has a rubberized exterior for fall protection.- It has an IP65 water & shock resistance rating.It also comes with some fantastic accessories that are extremely helpful:- A spare lithium battery that can last another 10 hours.- A spare battery housing that allows you to use 4 AA batteries.- A charger and power adapter for the rechargeable batteries.- A strong magnetic base attachment that can pivot.- A laser target plate to easily see the laser line and make measurements.- A square-shaped, thick-padded carrying case to store everything.It is also capable of using any tripod that has 1/4” thread. Lastly, it is compatible with an accessory (that can be purchased separately) that can extend the laser line all the way out to 165ft! I can’t ever see myself needing it, but it’s awesome that it’s possible.If you couldn’t tell, I absolutely love the Firecore, and I really have nothing negative to say about it. The only complaint I can make is that the case isn’t a hard-shell case, but there is so much padding inside the included case that I don’t think it is much of an issue at all.In my opinion, it is the king of laser levels because of its outstanding quality all across the board.
