Small in size, great in results and saves lot of time

[Update: Updated pictures as I've almost completed my accent wall and how this laser has helped me save lot of time. Also, this was super useful when used to hang picture frames to the wall. ]I am an DIY enthusiast person and worked on many house and outdoor projects. I already own an very basic laser level for my work which worked well, but complicated in using at single dimensions. With recent pandemic situation, been working on more home projects than ever. I've always been thinking to upgrade my laser level to professional grade as it reduces lot of complexity and time during construction. Bought this laser level during thanks giving deal and got around $180 and looks like I still got an good deal compared to current price. At first, operating this laser is straight forward as it has very minimal buttons to throw the laser to X, Y and Z axis. The light is super bright and still can see in full light with sharp. In the dark, it is super clear.I've read some comments before buying this laser and many people mentioned about wearing protective glasses when looking through the laser light. So, that was an very helpful and safety information. As this is my first time using an professional grade laser, couple of things I have noticed is, you may not get 100% right when you turn ON the laser. Because, the laser keeps checking the level and blinks if it's not leveled properly. A quick go through of the manual helped me a lot to understand why the light was blinking. But, this is an cool feature when working especially leveling so you don't need to check all the things.I have recently started working on Wall batten board project in my kids room and this level was super helpful. I was able to setup my height of the batten board as per my needs and cut my boards and make them level as needed. It also helped me to determine the vertical battens to place them on the board. I still have lot of work to do with my project and this little cool thing is going to be very helpful to me.Also, I have tested if the Horizontal lines that throws 360" around the walls height are really matching or not (Surprising, it was very accurate and I've added pictures of measurements of the adjacent walls.).I'm no expert in using this laser for several construction areas as it mentions it could throw laser more than hundreds of feet. But, I have not done any kind of project with such distance :) .Pros:1. Light weight and portable2. The laser level is very bright even when the lights are turned ON3. Accurate measurements across the walls4.Three dimensions laser throw is super cool5. Worked well for my Indoor projects and easily detects if the level is not correct.6. Rechargeable Batteries and case is very handy7. Saves lot of time in measurements especially when working on multiple walls in the same room.Cons:1. Not much of negatives found as part of my jobs. But, one thing I've noticed is the laser level needs to be placed on flat surface. Even if the level is tilted or not kept straight, the laser keeps blinking. This is something to look as part of assembling the laser position.Overall, it's an high upgrade for me going from basic laser line to 360" projection of walls. I haven't recharged the battery after its first charge and hopefully the battery might long last.If you are looking for laser projection more than one dimension and across the room, then this is an great tool.
