The ability to be able to access my account 24/7 no matter where I am or what device i'm using makes it easy for me as an Agent! It also has great reporting features which are very user friendly when creating reports in order to use them effectively.
There's nothing wrong with this product but honestly there isn't anything special either unless you're looking at other solutions out side of Support.com. We've used different types of CRM systems over our years working together however we never found one system quite like how well they were integrated into all aspects of running our business especially Customer Care.
