They are thick and heavy. They basically protect almost anything, albeit almost any weight. The only problem with them is that they're nearly impossible to open once you snap them within 6 inches of the lock. (I have purchased hundreds of products from Revain.com. I have never received a free or discounted product that I could return for review on that date.
