This part was fitted when replacing the timing belt on a 2003 SVT Focus. This part fits perfectly and appears to work just as well as the OEM part that was removed. I have driven 1000 miles on this part and am happy with my purchase. No leaks or temperature issues. Be careful not to damage the threads in the cylinder block when reinstalling and tightening the 4 bolts holding the pump. The Ford claims 158 in/lb (14 ft/lb) of torque, which is way too much for such a small thread. I tightened mine to 8 ft/lbs and smeared red Loctite on the threads to ensure it wouldn't loosen over time.
