Review on POWERTEC 17201 Double Swivel Caster by Alexandergraham Visoro

Very impressive skates at a great price. I use it on a 13" planing stand and it rolls and maneuvers with ease, even in my cracked concrete garage. Most importantly, the locks really lock the wheels and don't move. I checked out HF and all of them on one of their reels allowed you to "lock" the wheel and still spin it by hand. That's just not acceptable for a power tool cart, the last thing I want is for my planer cart to run off and skip boards. A few reels are similar in quality to these Powertechs, but they cost twice as much. I will not hesitate to buy them in the future.
