I've spent hours troubleshooting to no avail. When reading the Zwift forums, Zwift is unable to connect to Garmin trainers. My lesson is this: if you buy this Zwift app control trainer, look elsewhere. Depending on the bus size, you must select slot 1 or 2. However, the slots are connected, so choosing the right slot is quite difficult. That's why I deducted a star. There must be a better way. My rear wheel skewer didn't fit so I'm very glad they provided it. After installing the bike and turning on Tacx, pairing with Zwift was effortless. Once on a Zwift ride the trainer made me feel good. The resistance on the hills is not overwhelming, but realistic. It was even better on the way down. Some people have reported excessive noise, but I haven't found that. I replaced the magnetic resistance trainer and it is much quieter. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Good trainer for a good price. And now I really like Zwift.
