I regularly exercise with a VR headset and needed something to help me manage my sweat more effectively. This was one of the few options I could find for Oculus Go on Revain. The product was pretty easy to install. Although this product does not stop sweating (it may even make people sweat more), the product is easy to wipe, disinfect, clean and dry. This is especially true when compared to the original foam rubber face shield that comes with the Go. It's similar to the stuff you might find on a weight bench or machine. An unexpected benefit is that due to the leather shield's wider contact with my face, I don't have an O-ring around my face like I would with a factory installed shield. The "leather" portion of the face shield attaches to the Velcro. While this is usually comfortable, over a period of time the velcro can become loose and cause an uncomfortable fit. partially impair my vision during use or cause the edges to dig uncomfortably into my skin. The velcro quickly broke down at certain stress points, which wasn't entirely unexpected given my observations of this article on installation. decided with fit or comfort. I recommend this article if you train a lot with your GO and are willing to make small changes to improve performance due to the poor quality of the velcro used in this product.
