Sturdy German construction
These knives are wonderful. They aren't too heavy and the rounded handle fits nicely in my palm. The one-piece shaft made in Germany is a trademark of great knife makers. These knives cut steaks like butter. Leather pulleys are a welcome addition to this beautiful set. They are very well made and the seams are neatly finished. Care: You must wash by hand. Hand wash, dry immediately. With a little more care, these knives can certainly be passed down from generation to generation. Of course you will need to resharpen from time to time. Recommended.
