I have Mike's third large container of hot spices. I use it in almost everything I cook. It's just the right balance of flavor and spice. Not too much salt. It's honestly the best. I worked at a fair a few years ago and my booth was right next to their booth. They cooked with these spices all weekend and those delicious smells just killed me! Rschunimagu. Good guys too.
