I ordered this bag for door to door work; Whether you like door knockers or not, I really like this bag. I've been using this bag for about a week and it's great! It has two shoulder passages h20; one for the hose, one for the phone charger. It holds a day's supply (snacks, water, gloves, hat, etc.) and doesn't strain my back like some other bags. The fanny pack is even perfect for my souvenir cards :). After about a week of use, the rubber mouthpiece broke off the hose when I bit into it to drink, causing water to drip out when I opened it, although I didn't bite into it. The cap strap on the mouthpiece also broke off which wasn't the end of the world but allowed the cap to fall freely and become lost. I contacted the seller, he immediately apologized and sent me a discount code for a replacement. They sent me another one for only $0.17. That's good customer service, I guess you can't make an item totally free with discount codes. suits me lol less than a quarter. Overall a good bag for the price and great customer service. 5 stars here.
