Finally - great light on the porch!
First of all, if your idea of quality includes metal, you will be disappointed, because metal is not included in this lamp. Second, metal corrosion is the number one cause of light failures! So if you can easily grasp new (better) ideas, you will love this lamp! This "all plastic" mount is incredibly easy to install and seal; The use of regular clear silicone around the screw holes and edges makes this great light weatherproof. I have a '96 Class A Bounder and couldn't find a keyhole on my door until I bought this lantern - in fact I had two lanterns for the price of another product with comparable characteristics. Excellent lighting field, not overwhelming neighbors.
- Durability: All-weather molded plastic body and durable lens resist corrosion. Removing the latch on the fairing reveals a waterproof housing for the lights, and at the back of the light cables they exit through a rubber grommet to prevent water ingress and damage.
