Good until the seat sensor broke after 2 years. As a result, the seat can no longer determine whether someone is sitting on it or not. By default, the bidet only works when someone is seated, and in the seat's "eco mode" it only heats the seat when needed. You can turn off both of these features, but that means my toilet is now prone to accidental splashing and my seat is always getting hot from the extra power. The lifetime to replace this type of equipment is common. This is my first toilet seat but I think it shouldn't be dead in 2 years. The guarantee is only valid for one year.
