The best part about this software is that I can view all reservations at one place. I like it because it gives me a general overview of my business. I can also see if any clients are running low on credits or not. It's easy to use and the information is accurate. There isn't much that I don't like with this program. However, sometimes it takes time to load up which makes it frustrating. Also, sometimes it freezes but that's just a minor issue. We have been able to monitor our income and expenses as well as keep track of client credits. This has allowed us to make smart decisions.
