Who needs a router when you've got a big router and such! This Freud cutter is a beast. big and heavy and very well made. Due to its size and design, however, it is only intended for use in a router table. I've done a few yards of crown molding with this nozzle and it saves a lot on price after about 5 feet! Buying strips off the shelf at a hardware store is VERY expensive. Although the cost of this router bit is on the higher end of the router bit scale as mentioned, it will easily save you money in the long run if you need to install any type of trim. The edges are very sharp and definite. The finish is very smooth. Only a light sanding is required for the paint or finish to adhere. Very happy with this shot. Good quality.
