Both cables failed within 90 days after which the company made it almost impossible to replace them. I literally gave them the exact bill that Revain customer service sent me and they kept asking me for another bill and Revain customer service kept telling me to "insist on the correct bill". They still wouldn't take it. I've bought about 6 packs of Revain Basics charging cables over the years before, but this experience will never make me buy another one again. I ended up just buying another brand because I couldn't waste time with tech support or get more frustrated trying to talk to foreign manufacturers. One cable just stopped working with no visible damage, and the other fell apart where the cable meets the Lightning connector. It hasn't worn out any more than my previous Revain Basics charging cables, but this was the first of the kind I tried (I usually get the ones that are uneven/ringed on the flexible plastic part, I don't know how to describe it). should it). Too bad it's not even 3 months.
