First of all I am always wary when I buy clothes online because they are not the right size. I'm 5ft 9in, 190lbs, medium height and wear a little extra in the middle. As said above I ordered S/M according to size chart and it is spot on. With a 43" chest, 32" waist, a S/M t-shirt and hoodie fit me perfectly. By tightening the straps around my waist, I have room for a larger and smaller size. The build quality is very good and the PFD is very light. It feels a bit bulky at first, but since it allows full upper body movement, you forget it's even there. The two main compartments are a very good size and the side compartments are very practical. You can easily wear this PFD in warm or cool weather while maintaining safe boating.
