Ideal for fasting workouts!

I've been using this product for several years while fasting and it definitely helps me get through them without feeling tired/exhausted (especially when spinning!). I have a very high caffeine tolerance so I take a pre workout complex (pescience alphamine or prolific) about 30 minutes before I start. I then use 2-3 scoops of amino acids mixed with 32 ounces of ice water in a shaker to drink during my workouts. I alternate between this and regular water to make sure I have enough for my 60 minute workout. I really liked the taste of this peach lemonade. It's a bit sour which I like! I'm also really fond of all the flavors in the cafe series and will be drinking it in place of iced coffee as an after dinner treat/pick-up! I like to use half unsweetened almond/cashew/coconut milk and half water, followed by 2 tons of sugar-free vanilla or caramel cream. SO GOOD! I usually do 3-4 scoops and get 44 oz. Other flavors I've had and really enjoyed are Grape, Blueberry Mojito, Orange (add 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla cream to use as buttercream πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ), Cotton Candy, Watermelon (not my favorite, I want to make it more acidic ) and strawberries. a lime that had high reviews, but I didn't care. I wish they would come up with more acidic flavors like sour watermelon and strawberries. Some other flavors I'd like to see include Banana Cream, Ricky Lime, Melon, and something that tastes like Pink Stardrop! The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the deceptive bottle which is only 1/3 full and you need at least 3 scoops at a time to run out very quickly. Next time I'll try the green apple. so I'll post a review on it later ☺️
