I was looking for gooseneck mounts to better position the light and webcam. These arms are long (probably longer than I need, but who knows!) and very well built. I don't see myself adjusting them daily or even regularly, but I like that they don't move on their own. Some reviews have talked about how tough they are and while I agree I love that aspect. I feel like I could add a decent amount of weight and the arm would still stay in place. My only complaint is that there is only one pad on one part of the clamp. I want both sides to be soft so my table doesn't take damage or leave marks.
