I have a 14 year old Standard Poodle who is so picky he will sniff a nicely cooked steak for a few seconds before taking a bite. I had to put her on arthritis medication, which she got with a full meal. I've tried so many things other than $100 a bag of dog food to get them to eat a reasonable amount of food. Freshly boiled and hard-boiled eggs, sardines in water, tuna, cooked roast beef, and other proteins lightly mixed with other toppings like canned pumpkin, brown rice (lightly buttered!), and potatoes. At first she ate these things but then she decided she didn't really like them and ended up just nibbling on them. Yes, she plays with me like a violin! Then came the super sauce! Increased appetite by 10 times! I mix the sauce with her crumbs and some canned breakfast and she eats every bite! Now for dinner she just eats her crumbs with no sauce! It saved me and her from a lot of disappointing uneaten meals! She loves all 3 sauces. Barkinara doesn't mix very well, but 20 seconds in the microwave is enough. Thanks super sauce!
