Reverse osmosis system is great and at a great price. We had someone pick a different brand and they offered us $1300 for a much simpler model. I really like this system. However, I had a few problems. The instructions are very difficult to understand but I found a YouTube video that helped me a lot. The one you send to watch isn't for this model that has more than that, but it's pretty easy to understand. I also did not take into account the need to connect this type. own fault. I assumed there was an exit for the garbage chute downstairs. Well it doesn't exist so I need someone to come out and install it. I needed a booster pump because I have such low pressure in my well. That works great. All I have to do is open the cabinet under the sink and plug it into the socket at the top. The cords are long. That works first. The tank is big, so I just have to plug it in, let it fill up, and then unplug it every week or so.
